Originally from the lovely land of Yorkshire, England, I made the move to Sydney back in 2014 and have proudly called Australia home ever since. I officially became an Aussie in 2020!
I've had quite a varied journey, working across multiple industries before finding my forever home in recruitment. My diverse background helps me think differently, challenge norms, and approach things creatively. I'm not a fan of boxes (especially putting people in them), and I believe in giving individuals the freedom to show up as their true selves.
For me, recruitment is so much more than just filling roles. It's about changing lives. I care deeply about the people I work with and the experiences we create together. Relationships come first, and I'm always striving for a higher standard in everything I do.
Outside of work, I'm a big advocate for physical and mental health. I like to stay active. You'll often find me in a rhythm riding class or smashing out a Barry's session. I stay curious and give back by mentoring others whenever I can. Supporting people in their growth, both personally and professionally, is something I'm incredibly passionate about.
