Join our high-performing boutique financial services client and work directly with ASX-listed CEOs and institutional fund managers across live capital raising activity.
This isn’t your traditional Executive Assistant opportunity, but it absolutely has the foundations and experience of a great EA role. If you’re looking for something a little different, this could be the one for you.
This is a role where you’ll own roadshows, investor engagement and capital markets coordination in a visible, high-impact seat.
If you’re highly organised, commercially sharp and ready to step closer to deals, this is it.
Our client covers 80+ emerging ASX-listed companies across mining, resources, biotech and healthcare. These businesses rely on our client for research, capital raising and investor access, and this role sits at the centre of that ecosystem.
They’re looking for someone proactive, commercially switched-on, and not afraid to herd cats when it comes to locking in meetings and driving outcomes.
The Role:
You’ll be the engine room behind roadshows, forums and investor engagement.
That means:
- Project managing 5–10 roadshows at any given time
- Coordinating C-suite executives while they’re on the road
- Chasing fund managers and locking in meetings
- Managing CRM data and investor target lists
- Collating and reporting investor feedback
- Coordinating quarterly webinars and boutique investor forums
- Filming and editing CEO video interviews for research reports
- Supporting LinkedIn and digital promotion for small-cap companies
Who This Suits:
You might come from:
- Investor Relations
- Boutique finance
- Executive Search
- Team or Executive Assistant
- Private Equity support
- High-level project coordination
But more importantly, you’re:
- Extremely organised
- Calm under pressure
- Proactive (not waiting to be told what to do)
- Commercially aware
- Comfortable speaking to senior executives
- Interested in financial markets (especially small/micro-cap)
And let’s be honest, you’re not above the unglamorous work.
- Re-routing travel.
- Re-setting Zoom when tech fails.
- Chasing investor feedback three times.
- Making sure the meeting room is perfect.
The Environment:
This is a lean, boutique firm. Every person matters. It’s professional. It’s fast-moving.
You’ll work closely with Research, Sales and Equity Capital Markets and have direct exposure to the capital markets side of the business.
There is real progression here for someone who wants it and proves themselves.
What we’re looking for:
- Substantial Excel and PowerPoint experience
- CRM experience (WeConvene ideal, but not essential)
- Genuine interest in the Australian equity market
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to work extended hours during peak periods
- A minimum 2-year mindset to build depth and expertise
- They are not looking for someone who expects prestige without the graft.
- They are looking for someone hungry.
